Senior Congress Leader & Management thinker Prof. Mohd Ossama shall lead Vichar Vibhag UPCC in Uttar Pradesh as State Office Incharge and has been given the responsibility to awaken the Congress Party ideology and philosophy in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has been a veteran congressman since 2009 general elections when he formally joined the party.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has been speaking at various forums in Lucknow and taught at more than ten reputed colleges in Lucknow.
His vast social activities has helped the social causes and his efforts has raised awareness on entrepreneurship development in the Uttar Pradesh.
He has been associated with organisations such as HMS, BAMCEF, CITU, KITU, UP Kisan Sabha, Asangathit Mazdoor Sabha etc.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has extensively written and spoken on Mahatma Gandhi at government and private organisations over the years.
In Congress Party, Prof. Mohd Ossama has attended numerous party programs over the years both a national, state and district level.
As he has worked for Teachers Cell of the party or the reputed Vichar Vibhag founded by Prof. Girja Vyas, Prof. Mohd Ossama has highlighted public interest policies of Congress Governments at centre and state.
As a noted startup mentor, he tried to explain the importance of policies of Dr. Manmohan Singh as Finance Minister and Prime Minister in India.
Although, Prof. Mohd Ossama had worked with left wing organizations but his economic thinking is pro-business and pro-economic growth.
He believes that sustainable economic growth leads to all round development of the nation. He has given numerous seminars on "One Trillion US Dollar UP Economy Vision" and India as a No. 1 Economy"; he has led many industrial delegations to key industries in Lucknow.
He has held various positions for the Congress Party in UP and chaired various meeting and state conventions at UPCC HQ in Lucknow.
He has addressed students organisations like SFI/NSUI at respected universities.
As a office bearer of Vichar Vibhag UPCC, Prof. Mohd Ossama has extensively highlighted the immense importance of Nehru led Governments, Planning Commission, Five Year Plans etc.
As a pro-business politician, Prof. Mohd Ossama wants India to replace China as a key production base and replace USA as a key democratic stable superpower.
Prof. Mohd Ossama has written around 15 books, some of them are kept at libraries of key universities in Lucknow.
