Kadapa has seen many entrepreneurs rise, but Syed Shahid has etched his name as one of the region’s proudest success stories. The founder of Sonix Car Decors, Shahid started his business with a dream to offer premium car customization services with affordability and class. Today, Sonix is a growing national brand offering franchises across India, particularly in high-traffic urban zones like petrol bunks, cafés, and tourist spots.

The real turning point came in 2019, when Shahid was awarded the Business Excellence Award by Shaik Amzath Basha, the then Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh. The award marked recognition not just of business acumen but of resilience, community impact, and local employment generation.
What sets Sonix apart is its combination of technical expertise and aesthetic understanding. Each store is curated to reflect premium styling and a customer-first approach. “We want to bring luxury to the everyday Indian driver,” Shahid says.
As his company now expands into digital platforms, Shahid remains grounded. “My roots are in Kadapa, and my goal is to make it a hub for automotive retail innovation,” he adds.
