In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving job market, staying relevant and up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge is critical for success. With the goal of equipping Indian youth with the necessary skills to thrive in this environment, Conlang International has collaborated with Indo-European Chamber of Small & Medium Enterprises (IECSME) to launch the “ySkill India” initiative.
The “ySkill India” (Youth Skill India) program recognizes the need to prepare the youth of today for the jobs of tomorrow. Through this program, Conlang International aims to enhance skill development and employment opportunities for Indian youth, and aims to make India the “Skill Capital of the World.” The program is designed to provide outcome-based training that will equip young people with skills that are in demand in today’s job market.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Conlang and IECSME is a significant step in this direction. The MoU is intended to facilitate skill development, outcome-based training, and placement of Indian youth. The program aims to increase employability and reduce the unemployment rate in the country. Through this collaboration, Conlang and IECSME hope to empower Indian youth with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the global job market.
The ySKILL INDIA initiative is a game-changer for the future of Indian youth. By providing outcome-based training, this program aims to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving job market. In its first phase, the program will train over 500000 students from more than 1000 Science, Tech, and Engineering colleges across India. This will be a significant step towards bridging the skill gap and enhancing the employability of young people across the country. With ySKILL INDIA, India’s youth will have the opportunity to build a brighter future for themselves and contribute to the growth and development of the country.
The “ySkill India” program will provide training in future technologies and industry-relevant skills. It will focus on enhancing the competitiveness of Indian youth in the global job market.
Overall, the collaboration between Conlang and IECSME is a significant step towards enhancing the employability of Indian youth. With the right skills and training, young people in India can build a brighter future for themselves and contribute to the growth and development of the country.
Vision of ySKILL INDIA (Youth Skill India) is to “Make India the Skill Capital of the World” and “Empowering India’s Youth for a Skilled Future”.
